One form paradok often we encounter in everyday life is the fact that living a simple life (which should be easy) it is the most difficult (the simplest is the most difficult). In reality the concept of simple life much easier to implement and bring more inner peace.
Simple life is not hard to brarti life, happy to suffer, or leave the pleasures of the world but the simple brarti understand the concept of life which needs and where the desire. Here we must clever in identifying and sorting between something that is "real" as a need, and where something that was only a whisper of "lust" desire for a moment.
Like when we are hungry, so we need something to eat, if this context dibenturkan with the needs and wants, then when we act in accordance with the requirements may be enough to eat white rice with side dishes simple but nutritious food such as tempeh, tofu or eggs.
